Wash potato, rub with olive oil and then sprinkle with seasonings ( DeeAnn likes to use Lawry's seasoning salt) then wrap in foil. Cook on low for 4 hours , or on high for 2 hours).This is a great way to set up a potato bar for a party or open house. It keeps the potatoes nice and warm , then you can setup the toppings around the crock pot. Yum yum :-)
